They will resume in August - ck back for dates

Tuesday Morning Bible Study - Will not formally meet again until Fall Session but I will open the art room twice a month on Tuesdays so that we can work...Check back right her to see if we are meeting!

Wednesday night Art Group for Adults 18 and over, from 6:20 to 8:30 (if you have little ones in the children's ministry they will need to be picked up at 7:30). This is a donation based group, donate as you are able to help keep materials available. We work on personal projects and also create art/crafts which are to be sold at the Peachtree Corners Art Festival in June; all funds raised go to Missions Partners of PCBC.

You can work in acrylics, watercolor and numerous paper crafts. (hoping to include oils in the near future). If you have a medium or style that you would like to share that would be wonderful, please contact me to schedule that.

Fun, no fail classes.....if we don't like something we paint right over it and begin again. I believe that we all have creative abilities, we just need the time and place to explore them.

I also offer fun paint events that raise money for Mission Partners locally and international; plus paint classes which help support the Art Ministry. I also do birthday parties, girls/guys get togethers, showers and date night paint events. I would love to book a party for you, feel free to contact me and we will plan a fun event for you.

Stayed tuned for more information and if you have questions please feel free to contact me.

When your child comes to Sunday School at PCBC he/she will be taught and cared for by trained teachers who love Jesus. They will learn Bible stories, participate in hands-on activities, and of course, have fun! We are currently using the Bible Studies for Life curriculum.

WHAT: COLLIDE! is a dynamic, interactive worship experience where kids “collide” with Jesus and are changed forever!

WHEN: Sunday mornings at 10:45

WHO: Kids K-5th grades

On Wednesday evenings, children from babies-3 year olds will have bible-learning activities taught by trained childcare workers while their parents participate in activities around the church.

Children who are in Pre-K or Kindergarten (must be 4 by 9/1/13) may participate in KidzPraise or Journey Club on Wednesday evenings.

Fall:Choir

In KidzPraise, children have fun while learning musical concepts and praising Jesus.

Winter/Spring: Journey Club

In Journey Club, children learn Bible stories and begin to memorize scripture. They also participate in missions and have a craft and game time.

How do I register/check-in my child?

If you are a first time visitor, we welcome you! Please stop by the preschool desk to register your child and a receptionist will help you find out which class they belong in. Any Sunday or Wednesday after that, you may check in using our CheckPoint system which will print out a name tag for your child, as well as a security slip which you will use to pick up your child.

How does PCBC decide which class my child belongs in?

All children are promoted annually (typically in August) with the exception of babies. (They are promoted when they begin to become more mobile.) Children are placed in a class based on their age on September 1st. For example, a child who is 2 on September 1st will be placed in the 2 year old class. They will also be there the following July, even though he/she may have turned 3 by that time.

How should I drop off/pick up my child?

A preschooler must be brought to their class by an adult and will be released to the adult who has the computerized security slip. Please knock on the door and a teacher will greet you and help you get your child involved in an activity. When you return, slide your security slip under the door and knock. A teacher will bring your child to you. A parent should pick up their child immediately following the service or function.

What should I bring for my child?

For children who are not yet potty trained, please bring a diaper bag with diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, etc… If your child is bottle feeding, you may include a bottle or a sippy cup with water for older children. (Please do not send in any food. We will provide an allergy free snack for the children.) Parents are asked to label all items belonging to their child, i.e. diaper bags, bottles, pacifiers, jackets, etc… Please leave personal toys at home.

Can I visit my child while he/she is in their class?

Only preschoolers, PEPs, boosters, and their teachers are permitted in any preschool classroom. Parents, other family members, and friends are asked not to visit the children, as this can upset the child, especially if separation anxiety is an issue.

What should I do if I have any questions or concerns?
