Dr. Bryce Norton,
Executive Pastor
What does your ministry involve?
In my role, I enjoy a variety of leadership responsibilities. I have the privilege of managing and guiding our excellent staff in their various ministries as we seek to implement our vision to make disciples of Christ and to share the Gospel with unreached people. My goal is to keep all of the staff and layleaders united with our core vision and mission to grow in our understanding and in our communication of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I also preach and teach God’s Word in worship and various other settings, as well as oversee our outreach and education ministries.

Monte Nichols,
Associate Pastor of Worship and Music
What does your ministry involve?
In giving direction to the worship and music ministries, I’m involved with planning, leading and recruiting others to help lead the primary worship services of the church. This involves encouraging people to develop and use their gifts in vocal and instrumental music. The choir ministries include children, youth, and adults.
What is your passion/goal for your ministry?
I’m excited about seeing a church fully engaged in biblical, spiritual worship that is participatory and celebrative—every Sunday!

Jay Hackett, Associate Pastor of Students
What does your ministry involve?
I have the privilege of working with students in grades 6-College.
What is your passion/goal for your ministry?
I want to see students grounded in their faith (Discipleship), telling others what God is doing in their lives (Evangelism), and living a lifestyle that glorifies God (Worship). We call it “Doin the DEW.”
How long have you been involved here?
I have been on staff since February 2006.

Dr. Steve Orehosky,
Associate Pastor for Counseling and Senior Adults
What does your ministry involve?
Christian counseling, hospital visitation, weddings, and funerals
What is your passion/goal for your ministry?
To help apply the wisdom of God’s Word to those seeking help through counseling and to minister to our members during times of illness or in the hospital.
How long you have been involved here?
I have been a staff pastor for about ten years; first as an interim, then as permanent staff for about nine years.

Jan Langston,
Minister to Children
What does your ministry involve?
Children’s Ministry serves kids in first grade through fifth grade. We attempt to reach, support and encourage the family as a whole as we assist them in laying the spiritual foundation for their child.
What is your passion/goal for your ministry?
My highest goal is to see children come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. To see that child grasp the concept of God’s love, grow in their faith and have a real relationship as they connect with Jesus is the icing on the cake!

Susan Rutledge,
Minister to Preschool
What does your ministry involve?
We provide age-appropriate bible learning activities for birth through Kindergarten in our Sunday school, Weekday Preschool, mid-week programming and numerous special events. I also serve as the staff liaison to our Women’s Ministry for which our office provides administrative assistance.
What is your passion/goal for your ministry?
It is my desire to impact these very important first five years of a child’s life with a biblical foundation that will lay the ground work eventually leading each child to the decision to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.
