Wednesday Night Programs
This acronym stands for Soaring Upward Reaching God Everyday! This mid-week program gives kids that extra energy boost of God's love to get them through the week. Beginning in January and ending in May, children choose a class of their interest to take for five weeks where a variety of learning styles are used to promote head to heart knowledge. Boys and girls will have the opportunity to be a part of three different classes during the SURGE term.
Session I Kick-off is January 11, 2012 with the first class starting January 18th. Kick-off for Session II is February 22nd with class startin February 29th. Kick off for Session III is April 11th with class starting April 25th through May 16th. No activities the week of Spring Break.
WACKY WEDNESDAYS
Had enough of homework and studying for exams? Come to WACKY WEDNESDAYS starting just about the time school lets out for summer. WACKY WEDNESDAYS are non-structured, fun and zany evenings in the gym. Old time favorites like dodge ball, kick ball, crab races and creative playtime are intertwined with a devotion and short Bible lesson. Team building skills are learned as we realize that we all are a member of God's Team!
Meet us in the GYM at 6:15 PM beginning May 25, 2011 and continue until June 29, 2011.
(No Wacky Wednesday on June 19 due to VBS.)
